Grace Fitness is about bodyweight exercises. I want to teach my clients that their body is their own gym. And the gym is the equipment. You can do Grace Fitness anywhere, but first you need to come to Grace Fitness studio so that I can teach you how to be graceful in exercise movement. Bodyweight exercises will help you build muscle, lose fat, and increase your endurance all at the same time.
We will do it with grace, commitment and the willpower to be patient. It takes time to improve one’s health and fitness, but because we are using so many different muscles when we do bodyweight exercises, we can achieve our goals faster. And when we combine bodyweight exercises with healthy eating, that’s when Grace Fitness becomes Amazing Grace. The lack of good nutrition will result in slow improvement. Most people think that all we have to do is workout. That’s not true. We have to do both, work out and eat well, if we want to see results. We do, and we will!
Grace Fitness is also about being positive, staying focused and truthful about what we need to do and how we can do it with bodyweight exercises. It could be better nutrition, working out more, working out less, or simply working out smarter. Together we will figure it all out so that we can reach our goals of feeling healthier, happier and improve the quality of our life.
