How much does personal training cost?
While deciding on your individual training plan it is important to know what it is you are trying to achieve. During the training process with our personal fitness trainer an individual has to find the training plan that fits him/ her most, and allows one to achieve the desired results within a short period of time. Grace Fitness Studio specializes in individual as well as small 2-3 persons group training sessions.

Our facilities and training equipment are in agreement with federal regulations.
Our fitness trainer, Kenneth Bennet, personally chooses training equipment and monitors equipment maintenance. Kenneth believes that discipline and attention to detail is vital to success in quality training.
*Sessions cannot be carried over to the next month in the event a client must miss his/her workout. One make up session for clients training once a week, two make up sessions for clients training twice a week, and three make up sessions for clients training three times a week are allowed each month.
No refunds or credits will be issued. Sessions will expire at the end of each month. If a client chooses to stop the training before the end of the month, the remaining sessions will be forfeited.
Payment is due in full before sessions can begin.
