Over 35 years of devotion to being healthy and fit, Kenneth’s core concept of training is quality over quantity. His belief is that form is everything. His unique routines are personalized to motivate. While training with Kenneth, he emphasizes that every second must count. The key to that is the correct order of the exercises, which helps to create the intensity level, necessary for faster improvement.
